Overview: The Digital Growth & Channel Performance Analyst provides analytical insight, reporting, and performance tracking to optimize MCU’s digital channel performance. This role supports the Digital Growth Manager and CMO in driving data-driven decision-making across acquisition, activation, and engagement initiatives. The Analyst ensures accurate KPI tracking, supports campaign optimization, and provides essential operational backup to maintain business continuity across the digital growth department.

Responsibilities

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Leverage dashboards and reports tracking digital adoption, engagement, and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Analyze OAO and lending funnels to identify opportunities to improve completion and conversion rates.
  • Support measurement of campaign ROI, acquisition costs, activation, and retention trends.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve member engagement and experience.
  • Conduct performance tracking to optimize onboarding and cross-sell journeys.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integration between platforms.
  • Contribute to presentations and dashboards for management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across digital processes.
  • Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, marketing, business, or related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, or channel reporting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Alkami data, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of KPIs related to acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and clear communication.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
