Building relationships with retail customers, driving sales, and bringing a variety of products and services to life.

The Promotional Marketing Representative position involves working in a retail environment and engaging directly with shoppers. This role focuses on creating brand awareness, showcasing what our clients have to offer, and answering customer questions in a professional and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute direct marketing campaigns by providing customers with product knowledge and recommendations based on their needs
• Generate sales to meet and exceed client expectations
• Ensure brands are consistently represented through high-quality customer interactions and adherence to brand guidelines
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry updates to effectively communicate features and benefits

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
