Marketing Operations Manager

What You'll Own
Marketing Operations & Workflow Control
- Help manage daily operations for teams across content, design, dev, and paid media.
- Track deliverables, timelines, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Assist in campaign launches from planning to QA to deployment.
- Maintain high standards for messaging accuracy, creative clarity, and brand consistency.
- Improve processes for handoffs, approvals, workflows, and team coordination.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and automation logic.
- Analytics, Reporting & Funnel Optimization
- Build dashboards for lead gen, demo performance, CPL/CAC trends, and campaign ROI.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that's clean and insight-driven.
- Track funnel progression and identify drop-off points that need optimization.
- Use GA4, Looker Studio, and campaign data to drive decisions.
- Apply CRO principles to improve landing pages, forms, and conversion paths.
Cross-Department Alignment & Internal Communication
- Attend internal meetings with Sales, Product, UI/UX, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success to stay aligned on priorities, launches, and feedback loops.
- Work directly with leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support active product releases, sales motions, onboarding improvements, and customer success needs.
- Translate cross-team insights into actionable marketing plans, timelines, and enablement assets.
- Paid Media Oversight
- Review Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns for accuracy, alignment, and performance.
- Monitor CPLs, lead quality, audience performance, and attribution paths.
- Ensure creative and messaging match Company personas (carriers, brokers, hybrids).
- Partner with offshore specialists to manage A/B tests, retargeting, and scaling efforts.
- HubSpot, Active Campaign & Automation
- Audit and improve lead scoring, segmentation, attribution, and lifecycle accuracy.
- Oversee email workflows, nurture sequences, and campaign tagging in HubSpot and ActiveCampaign.
- Ensure MQL → SQL → Demo flows are clean, fast, and fully tracked.
- Maintain synced reporting and data hygiene across HubSpot, , and marketing funnels.
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive workflows, streamline reporting, and improve process efficiency.
Creative & Brand Quality
- Review landing pages, email campaigns, ads, and collateral with a high bar for clarity.
- Ensure messaging directly reflects Company's strengths: automation, AI workflows, unified ops, visibility, and financial accuracy.
- Support production of case studies, product sheets, scripts, and sequences.
- Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and positioning across all channels.
Event & Campaign Execution
- Support Director of Marketing with logistics and coordination for trade shows, partner events, and customer meetups.
- Help with timelines, vendor coordination, and asset delivery.
- Ensure pre- and post-event campaigns are executed and measurable.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years in B2B SaaS marketing operations or similar tech-driven roles.
- Understanding of freight operations (dispatch, brokerage, AR/AP, compliance) is a big plus.
- Strong HubSpot skills: workflows, routing, automations, reporting, scoring, and segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads KPIs and structure.
- Strong analytics background using GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and campaign reporting tools.
- Experience with email automation in HubSpot + ActiveCampaign.
- Familiarity with or similar outbound/sequencing tools.
- Ability to leverage AI for workflow automation, reporting, content assist, and process scaling.
- High attention to detail - especially with creative QA and message accuracy.
- Experience working with dev/product teams on UAT, updates, and technical workflows to stay up to date with new product initiatives
Bonus
- Prior TMS, freight tech, or logistics technology experience
- Experience improving inbound demo flows and lead-to-meeting conversions.
- Experience implementing CRO testing frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58, $70,000.00 per year
