Job Summary of Digital Marketing Director
Lead the transformation and optimization of MobilityWork's digital marketing strategy to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role oversees the entire digital marketing funnel, leveraging AI, automation, data-driven insights, and innovative strategies to enhance brand presence, lead generation, and revenue growth. The Director of Digital Marketing fosters collaboration, innovation, and strategic execution across all digital initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Director:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies balancing brand building with lead generation.
- Lead and mentor the Performance Marketing Specialist, supporting professional development and campaign execution.
- Manage agency and vendor partnerships to optimize campaigns and digital presence.
- Architect and execute multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and paid media.
- Oversee marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM-based campaigns for improved conversions.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as ROI, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates; refine strategies using predictive analytics and AI insights.
- Ensure digital content aligns with brand positioning and enhances user experience across platforms.
- Strengthen CRM segmentation, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies using AI-driven insights.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and allocate resources efficiently.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor and develop digital marketing teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and high-impact initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience of Digital Marketing Director:
- 5-10 years in analytics-focused, data-driven digital marketing leadership roles, preferably within multi-location or national organizations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/Account Engagement), marketing automation, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and data science skills for campaign performance evaluation, predictive analytics, and customer segmentation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative marketing strategies and content that engage target audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability to changing digital landscapes and emerging technologies.
