Position Overview

As a Sales Specialist – Digital Marketing (Hybrid) based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, United States at Concentrix, you will connect with key small start-ups and mid-size businesses to establish and grow long-term relationships. In this role, you will guide clients to successfully optimize their online advertising campaigns while ensuring strong returns. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of online advertising and social media marketing in client interactions.
  • Host online video meetings to uncover customer business needs and present tailored advertising solutions.
  • Identify customer sales objectives and key marketing performance indicators.
  • Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and track client campaign ROI.
  • Deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations while monitoring active client campaigns for timely enhancements.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on product offerings and insights gained from client experiences.
  • Proactively identify and recommend upsell opportunities.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on the client's advertising platforms, features, and enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively through a variety of channels including virtual meetings, phone, chat, and email.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing/advertising, social media sales, online media sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
  • Proven proficiency in Excel (Microsoft Office) with demonstrable assessment skills.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and social media platform technology.
  • Ability to rapidly master a broad portfolio of digital advertising solutions.
  • Experience leveraging CRM tools to track and convert leads across sales funnels.
  • Experience managing multichannel sales funnels including both inbound and outbound pipelines.
  • Excellent multichannel communication skills for engaging clients and team members.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior decision makers through consultative selling techniques.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing a broad volume of client accounts.
