Position Overview

The Coordinator—Digital Marketing supports the Director—Digital Marketing Experience and Senior Director—Marketing in executing the Club’s digital strategy. This role focuses on implementing user experience and content plans and running campaigns across platforms like the MLB Ballpark App, SMS, Brewers.com, and email. It ensures projects align with brand standards and strategic priorities, requiring a proactive mindset and passion for digital engagement and fan experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with management, content updates, and execution of digital fan engagement strategies for platforms like the MLB Ballpark App, SMS campaigns, Brewers.com, and email.
  • Maintain ballpark information and game tickets on the MLB Ballpark App.
  • Promote ticket sales, gameday experiences, and other key initiatives through SMS campaigns.
  • Collaborate on content updates for Brewers.com, including timely ticket promotions and events.
  • Build and deploy targeted email campaigns in coordination with the Business Analytics team.
  • Lead project management using Monday.com for campaign assets and deliverables across Brewers digital channels.
  • Collaborate with MLB Advanced Media to ensure brand alignment and compliance with web standards on Brewers.com.
  • Monitor platform performance and implement data-informed content optimizations.
  • Analyze user experience on the website and app to recommend improvements and content updates.
  • Support the Social Media team by gathering data, creating performance presentations, and assisting with game coverage.
  • Manage the promotional product matrix for coordinating in-game digital signage and broadcast assets.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing stakeholders to determine which assets will be promoted in the ballpark for home games.
  • Traffic digital and copy assets for in-game promotions (e.g., scoreboard graphics, LEDs, reads/drops) to the control room and broadcast partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A) in Marketing, Advertising, or Media from a four-year college or university; or a minimum of one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing strategy.
  • Experience with web CMS platforms and project management tools.
