Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager- Search and Social to lead strategy across core paid ad platforms, driving sustainable growth as Midi scales their offering.

• Manage paid search and social ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Nextdoor, TikTok, Reddit)
• Own budgeting, reporting, and forecasting for search and social channels

About You

Hands-on experience with ads platforms: Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Nextdoor, TikTok, Reddit

• Experience managing large paid media budgets of $30M+ annually
• Proficient understanding of marketing reporting and analytics
