We have a great opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team in the Marketing office.
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and well organised Marketing Executive. You will be supporting the Marketing and Business Development Manager with delivery of our marketing plan across our 8 sectors, as well as being part of fabulous marketing team.
The role is for someone with at least a year's marketing experience, looking to take a step up from a marketing assistant role or a sidestep into professional services marketing. You will be involved in all elements of the marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Responsibility for execution of sector marketing plans
✅ Building relationships with the sector teams, including scheduling and attending all marketing meetings
✅ Generating new ideas for the sector marketing, including content, marketing campaigns and wider opportunities (e.g. speaking opportunities)
✅ Coordinating sector events reporting on ROI
✅ Reporting, measuring and monitoring all on marketing activity
You will be involved in all elements of the marketing mix:
· External communications via HubSpot (sector e-shots)
· Basic copy writing skills adverts and email campaigns
· Data list building for email campaigns
· Webinar promotion & delivery (Eventbrite & Zoom)
· Event management and external event attendance
· Promotional merchandise management
· Team administration
· Video editing
· Photoshoots
· Podcasts
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is a highly organised and proactive marketing professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong eye for detail. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and able to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality work on time. Previous experience in a marketing role is important, along with working knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems to manage campaigns and distribution lists.
You’ll ideally be educated to A-Level (or equivalent), with at least five GCSEs at grade 5 or above including Maths and English, and may be working towards (or hold) a CIM Level 3 qualification. This role would suit someone with around a year’s marketing experience, such as a Marketing Assistant ready to take the next step, who enjoys building relationships, shows initiative, and is happy to attend occasional events or visit other offices as required.
