What You’ll Do

Play a key role in our extensive online product catalog expansion — experience with efficient, accurate, and high-volume (bulk) product uploads is essential
Manage daily product uploads, collection organization, SEO optimization, and merchandising on Shopify
Maintain polished, accurate, and visually consistent product and collection pages
Analyze site analytics, conversion funnels, and user behavior to identify opportunities for increasing conversion rates and driving organic growth
Continuously research and implement eCommerce best practices, competitor benchmarks, and industry trends to keep the site ahead of the curve
Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for site traffic, conversion, and user engagement, using tools like Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics
Identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey, optimizing for both sales and user satisfaction
Audit the website regularly for broken links, outdated content, errors, and areas of improvement
Optimize site performance, mobile responsiveness, and user experience across mobile and desktop
Apply A/B testing and UX/UI best practices to continuously improve conversion rates and user experience
Ensure ongoing ADA compliance across all pages and content
Oversee Shopify apps, third-party integrations, and assist with theme settings, configurations, and customizations
Coordinate and quality-check work completed by overseas support teams (product uploads, SEO tagging, data cleanup)
Lead the online customer experience journey — supporting service escalations, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking
Support email marketing execution, subscriber list management, segmentation, and web integration
Build, manage, and optimize Klaviyo flows for effective customer engagement and retention
Partner closely with leadership and marketing teams to ensure consistent seasonal messaging and cross-channel alignment
Recommend and help implement process improvements while respecting established brand protocols
Collaborate with external developers as needed to improve site functionality, UX, and technical performance

Who You Are

4+ years of experience managing a Shopify or comparable eCommerce website (required)
Experience with Klaviyo, including building and optimizing flows (required)
Demonstrated skill with A/B testing and UX/UI fundamentals (required)
Analytical and data-driven; comfortable digging into analytics platforms and heatmaps to uncover actionable insights
Proactive in identifying website improvements, not just responding to issues but anticipating future needs and acting decisively
Strategic thinker who understands how SEO, UX, product mix, and content all intersect to drive traffic and conversions
Results-oriented, with a proven ability to measure, report, and communicate the impact of optimizations on key metrics
A self-starter with a strong work ethic, natural leadership instincts, and pride in ownership
Skilled at setting priorities, managing projects, and adapting quickly when business needs evolve
