Key Responsibilities of Head of Digital Marketing with a Financial Services Firm - Philadelphia, PA

Digital Strategy Development & Execution

Design, implement, and oversee a robust, multi-channel digital marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's long-term business goals. This includes setting clear objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making within the department.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

Direct the firm’s organic and paid search strategies to increase brand visibility and drive qualified traffic. Oversee keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, link-building initiatives, and manage complex PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.

Content Strategy & Creation

Spearhead the development of a compelling content marketing strategy that positions the firm as a thought leader in the financial services space. Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including articles, whitepapers, webinars, videos, and market commentary, ensuring it engages the target audience and supports lead generation efforts.

Marketing Automation & Email Marketing

Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
