About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to support a strategic supply chain transformation program with our Automotive Client. The role will be pivotal in supporting the implementation of Blue Yonder (BY) cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multi-vendor environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to drive data discovery, and solution validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical vendors during the end-to-end transformation process.
- Understand requirements gathered to support all modules of Supply Chain Planning and Execution (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Capacity Management, etc.).
- Conduct data discovery and profiling to support system integration and migration to the Blue Yonder platform.
- Collaborate with data teams, architects, and vendors to define data mapping, transformations, and validation rules.
- Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL or similar tools to validate data integrity, quality, and business logic.
- Support configuration, testing, and user acceptance processes for BY modules.
- Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, process maps, and data dictionaries.
- Coordinate across multiple vendors and internal teams to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain or Manufacturing domains, preferably within an OEM or Tier-1 supplier environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization).
- Proficient in data analysis and SQL for data discovery, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in multi-vendor and agile delivery environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms and data integration concepts (APIs, ETL, Data Lakes).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- SQL programming skills are MUST have.
- Good time management and organizational skills adept at effectively dealing with multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
