In this role, you will define how a complex, mission-critical technology platform is positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. You will own the product marketing strategy end to end, shaping messaging, go-to-market execution, and sales enablement for a sophisticated healthcare-focused audience. Operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, you will work closely with product, sales, customer success, and leadership teams to translate innovation into clear customer value. This is a senior leadership role with strong influence across the organization. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive adoption and growth. Accountabilities
- Define and own product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value across multiple customer segments and channels
- Develop and execute a data-driven product marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major updates in close partnership with product, sales, and customer success
- Build and deliver sales enablement materials, including messaging frameworks, presentations, collateral, and training programs
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure impact and continuously optimize product marketing efforts
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and differentiation opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to drive product adoption, gather customer insights, and refine messaging over time
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team
- Represent the organization externally at industry events as a product marketing thought leader
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience marketing to healthcare organizations such as health plans or providers
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for complex B2B products
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders
- Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight generation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and cultural awareness
- Proficiency with common productivity and presentation tools
