What you’ll do

Operate flexographic and digital‑hybrid narrow‑web equipment to produce jobs exactly to spec (experience required).
Prepare the press for printing and die‑cutting, including tooling setup and changeovers.
Load substrates, mount plates, set print impression, and make precision press adjustments.
Verify substrates, inks, and tooling meet all required specifications.
Dial in ink distribution, press speed, and drying‑chamber temperature for optimal results.
Troubleshoot print issues quickly to reduce downtime and material waste.
Handle routine maintenance: oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs.

What you bring

Proven experience operating a Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or other servo‑driven narrow‑web press.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
A problem‑solving mindset focused on efficiency and quality.
Ability to lift, stand, and meet the physical demands of press operation.
Team orientation with strong communication skills.
