**K**EY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- *RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead marketing campaigns to support retention, acquisition and Brand development, including media planning and creative development
- Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers
- Manage agency partner relationships to maximize our retention efforts.
- Oversee and lead our Social and Content teams, enabling the development, production, and distribution of our Organic Social and Content Partnership campaigns.
- Manage Social and Content development, ensuring that we uphold and promote our brand.
- Follow a test-and-learn approach to content development and distribution strategies to increase the reach of our owned and earned media.
- Lead podcast partnership campaigns alongside agency and internal teams
- Manage partner/stakeholder reviews and approvals of all campaign-related materials.
- Own the brief and timeline for all assigned projects, with the ability to pivot where necessary or proactively manage partners to meet deadlines and avoid material impacts.
- Actively manage the marketing budget, ensuring forecasts are developed and updated on a timely basis (monthly and quarterly), and that information is managed within the prescribed process
- Work collaboratively and closely with cross-functional teams such as the Performance marketing team,, growth team, retail, finance and external vendors to deliver plans effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee campaign reporting, collecting and analyzing results from multiple sources and summarizing key highlights and opportunities for distribution and improvement.
- Proactively mine for consumer insights and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies
- Lead and enhance INDOCHINO’s CDP initiatives. Analyze cross-platform media spend datasets to create weekly reports and communicate campaign status and progress to internal teams.
- Excel in internal and external cross-team communication to report campaign insights and troubleshoot campaign support issues.
- Manage relationships with media vendors and marketing platform providers
- Work with key platform partners, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Marketing team, and cross-functionally with our Business Intelligence, Retail Operations & Showroom teams as needed.
- Accountable for retention analysis including reporting, performance against plan and objectives, advanced segmentation, lifecycle, channel key performance metrics, funnel analysis, and driving insight and action from analysis
- Ability to project manage with ease
- *REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5-7+ years of marketing and advertising experience in multi-channel/integrated marketing, including video, digital, social, audio, Direct Mail, and out-of-home
- Experience working with media and creative agencies, including development of campaign briefs, creative development, media plan development and execution
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong, break-through creative that delivers results; a tireless commitment to executing with excellence, with a keen eye for detail
- A high level of comfort with numbers, backed by strong MS Excel chops
- A way with words, coupled with experience using direct response marketing principles to write compelling ad copy
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excels at working cross-functionally.
- Is a self-starter and is resourceful in carrying out work assignments and following through.
- Ability to learn new channels, platforms and internal businesses.
