Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Expansion : Identify, prioritize, position and leverage market, audience, channel & partnerships to maximize total profitability across highest yielding opportunities, including : Shopify, Amazon & social media, influencer collaborations, etc.
  • Brand / Positioning : Craft, optimize, position and safeguard a compelling offer, attractive messaging and identity that resonates with target customers, enhancing trust and pricing power across digital and physical touchpoints including : Landing pages, packaging, brochures, paid media, etc.
  • Content Creation : Develop, curate, organize, edit and optimize new and existing media assets with a priority on video, to support organic and paid advertising and brand marketing strategies driving long term profitability.
  • Campaign build & optimization : With an initial focus on Meta, structure accounts, launch campaigns, manage bids / budget pacing, audience / keyword strategy, placements, exclusions, and creative / copy variants. Kill losers fast; scale winners. Explore, identify, test and prioritize new platform features and capabilities that show promise.
  • Build out secondary channels : Stand up, test, and, when justified by ROI, scale additional platforms (Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads, and other applicable channels). Start with lean pilots, prove unit economics, then expand.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Develop & deliver structured, organized and insightful analytics in collaboration with our data analyst to provide data-driven recommendations which map to evolving strategic priorities and KPIs. Proactively resolve tracking issues and attribution noise.
  • Platform Compliance : Ensure all strategies, management and execution comply with platforms evolving implicit and explicit best practices and policies such as TOS, ensuring full account functionality is maintained and shadowbanning, suppression, and other algorithmic negative consequences are prevented.
  • Collaborative Documentation Development : Develop various forms of documentation including SOPs, video demonstrations, tutorials, playbooks and guidelines in collaboration with the Operations team to ensure comprehensive knowledge capture and accessibility to facilitate seamless handoffs so stakeholders can utilize your deliverables and scale your work.and accessibility to facilitate seamless handoffs so stakeholders can utilize your deliverables and scale your work.

Requirements : Mandatory

Experience / Background

  • 2+ years Paid Media Buying (Hands-On) : Planned, launched, optimized, and scaled profitable campaigns with Meta plus at least one of the following platforms : Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, or Amazon for cumulative 2+ years of experience.
  • Portfolio Examples : Examples of UGCstyle video ads and social edits that you developed or managed to lift key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, etc.) developed for DTC ecommerce targeting at least one developed market such as the : US, CA, UK, EU, AU or similar.
  • 1+ years Conversion rate optimization :
  • Experiment design : Clear hypotheses, test sizing, guardrails; can run A / Bs on landing pages, PDPs, and checkouts.
  • Qual + quant insight : Behavior analytics (Hotjar / Clarity / FullStory) for heatmaps, and heuristic reviews to identify friction; partners with dev on QA.
  • 1+ year - LLM Usage : Utilized any LLM model : Chat GPT, Gemini, etc. in real business contexts applied to any of the Mandatory or Preferred Requirements listed.

Tools / Skills

  • Meta Ads Manager (advanced) : Campaign structuring, Advantage+ features, Experiments, breakdown analysis, learningphase management, Events Manager diagnostics.
  • Shopify : Admin proficiency for pixels / CAPI integrations, discounts / promos, sales channels, basic theme settings, and QA of CRO changes.
  • GA4 : Event / conversion configuration, Explorations, funnels, attribution settings, and crosssource reconciliation.
  • Tracking & behavior analytics (GA4 + Hotjar / Clarity via GTM) : Implement events / consent; spot issues with replays / heatmaps; apply / coordinate fixes and report before / after results.
