Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Marketplace Marketing professional who understands fashion, performance marketing, and retention deeply. This role owns the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to repeat purchases—across D2C website, marketplaces, CRM channels, and content.
You should be equally comfortable setting up CRM workflows, analyzing data, using AI tools for speed and creativity, and working closely with content and design teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own and manage CRM platforms (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push Notifications).
- Build and optimize retention workflows:
- Welcome flows
- Abandoned cart & browse abandonment
- Post-purchase journeys
- Repeat & loyalty campaigns
- Win-back and reactivation flows
- Segment customers based on behavior, AOV, frequency, and lifecycle stage.
- Improve LTV, repeat rate, and retention revenue contribution.
WhatsApp & Email Marketing
- Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for drops, restocks, offers, and storytelling.
- Design email campaigns for launches, editorials, styling content, and brand narratives.
- Ensure compliance, deliverability, and strong CTR & conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with design/content teams for visuals and copy.
Marketplace Marketing (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, etc.)
- Manage marketplace promotions, ads, and visibility strategies.
- Work on listing optimization, keywords, titles, descriptions, and creatives.
- Coordinate campaign calendars with marketplace sales events.
- Analyze performance metrics like ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, and inventory health.
Performance & Growth Marketing
- Support paid marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, and marketplaces.
- Analyze funnels, attribution, and cohort performance.
- Work closely with founders to optimize CAC vs LTV economics.
Content & Brand Marketing
- Collaborate with the content team to align campaigns, launches, and storytelling.
- Convert brand narratives into CRM-friendly content.
- Repurpose content across email, WhatsApp, marketplaces, and ads.
- Maintain brand tone aligned with a premium menswear identity.
AI & Automation
- Use AI tools to:
- Speed up copywriting for CRM, ads, and listings
- Generate content variations and A/B test ideas
- Analyze customer data and insights
- Assist in creative ideation and workflow automation
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report key metrics:
- Retention revenue %
- Repeat purchase rate
- Campaign-wise ROAS
- Marketplace performance
- Share weekly and monthly performance insights with actionable recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in digital marketing / growth / CRM, preferably in fashion or D2C brands.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- WhatsApp marketing platforms
- Email marketing tools
- CRM & customer segmentation
- Marketplace marketing experience is a big plus.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with AI tools for content, data, and automation.
- Strong understanding of fashion, consumer behavior, and online buying psychology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
