Job Description
The Marketing Campaigns Lead will build and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns and regular digital webinar programs to grow Headway's mental health provider network.
- Build and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns and ongoing drumbeat programs across webinars, YouTube, and short-form channels.
- Build and manage a calendar of regular marketing programs to attract, engage, and convert target audience.
- Create and document repeatable processes that make our campaign go-to-market engine run seamlessly and provide a great experience for stakeholders we partner with.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across marketing, cross-functionally, and externally.
- Get to know our audience at a deep level and use that knowledge to help shape our campaigns strategy.
- Dive into numbers to plan how our campaigns will help us achieve our goals and close the loop if they actually did – and what we can learn for next time.
- Be a continuous learner and stay on top of the latest marketing trends and effective ways to reach an audience.
You'd be a great fit for this role if
- You have 4-6+ years of experience building and scaling multi-channel lead generation marketing campaigns.
- You are highly detailed and process-oriented.
- You've built campaigns and ongoing marketing programs that include webinars/digital events.
- You've partnered with marketing channels like email/lifecycle, paid, social to amplify campaigns and nurture new leads.
- You have high critical thinking skills and a strong bias towards action.
- You have experience at high-growth tech or media companies in a B2B role (preferred).
