Our mission is to make therapy affordable for everyone. 1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but most providers don't accept insurance, making it too expensive for most people.

As Director, Patient Growth Marketing, you'll be responsible for launching new products, evolving the Headway brand, building a high-performing team, and translating complex value propositions into compelling marketing strategies that resonate across a diverse customer base.

You'll lead a top-performing team of Product Marketers, Brand Strategists, and Comms professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. You'll define and own the overarching product marketing strategy to ensure alignment with company goals, product roadmaps, and market opportunities.

Key responsibilities include

  • Building & leading a top-performing team of Product Marketers, Brand Strategists, and Comms professionals.
  • Defining and owning the overarching product marketing strategy.
  • Crafting and evolving compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates Headway's unique value to each of our target audiences.
  • Owning product launches end-to-end, introducing new capabilities to our customers and reinforcing key value propositions.
  • Establishing and tracking KPIs, continuously analyzing performance and optimizing strategies to improve brand reach, customer engagement, and business impact.
