  • *The Role**:
  • *Responsibilities**:
  • *Website Development**:
  • Oversee the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of Gibbons Whistler’s websites to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement creative updates, new features, and enhancements.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized.
  • *Meta & Google Ads Campaigns**:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative testing to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • *Digital Guest Experience Audits**:
  • Conduct regular audits of all digital touchpoints (websites, social media, online booking platforms) to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
  • Identify areas for improvement in user interface, navigation, and overall digital engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve digital guest interactions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as reasonably directed
  • *Requirements**:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website development and paid advertising.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in digital web development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new challenges/tools
  • A desire for both independent work and team projects that require collaboration
  • Strong knowledge of website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Expertise in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, with a track record of delivering successful results.
  • Experience with digital performance analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • *S**alary and Team Perks**:
  • $75,000 - $85,000 annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
