The Role

As our new Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role across email marketing, CRM, and social media. For instance, you will blend creativity with analytical thinking to drive growth. This role suits someone who feels confident behind the camera and comfortable inside marketing platforms. Consequently, you will have the chance to grow alongside a premier wellness-focused brand.

Key Responsibilities

Your core duties will involve

Email & CRM Marketing: You will create and manage email campaigns and automated lifecycle flows. Additionally, you will handle segmentation, A/B testing, and CRM hygiene to manage customer journeys.
Brand & Creative Support: You will support digital and in-clinic brand campaigns. Specifically, you will design on-brand assets like social graphics, posters, and banners.
Content Creation: You will film and edit short-form content for TikTok and Instagram. Thus, you will produce engaging, platform-native videos that capture treatments and testimonials.
Digital & Social Execution: You will manage daily community engagement and support website updates. Moreover, you will stay updated with the latest social media trends.
Analytics & Performance: You will track performance using Google Analytics and social insights. By doing so, you will monitor customer behaviour and optimise all active campaigns.

Requirements

We seek a candidate who brings the following

Technical Skills: You have hands-on experience with platforms like Omnisend, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp. Also, you possess a strong understanding of CRM segmentation.
Platform Knowledge: You feel comfortable updating websites via Shopify and WordPress.
Creative Skills: You have a proven ability to create short-form video content. Furthermore, you are skilled with tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
Storytelling: You possess a strong sense of branding, visual consistency, and current trends.

Role Details & Perks

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time.
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per year.
Location: Canary Wharf, London (In person).
