PPC & Digital Marketing Manager

based in the East Valley, and we're looking for a results-driven

PPC expert

who knows how to turn clicks into conversions.

If you think in keywords, dream in Google Ads dashboards, and can't resist testing a new ad headline "just to see what happens," you'll fit right in.

We run a thriving online business, so you'll be working hands-on with digital campaigns that directly drive sales and brand growth.

Note: This is a full-time, in-office position in Mesa, AZ.

No remote or hybrid work—our best ideas happen together, face-to-face.

What You'll Do

• Plan, build, and optimize PPC campaigns across

Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube) and

Meta Ads

(Facebook & Instagram).

• Manage campaigns that support

direct e-commerce sales

and online conversions.

• Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and maximize ROI.
• Test, tweak, and experiment to find what really moves the needle.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the team.
• Collaborate closely with our in-house marketing crew to hit—and exceed—big goals.

or

Digital TV advertising

is a major plus.

video and image editing

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years

managing successful PPC campaigns with proven results.

• Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications

(required).

• Strong knowledge of

Google Analytics

, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.

• E-commerce marketing experience preferred

• Obsessed with details, driven by data, and comfortable moving fast.
• A mix of analytical precision and creative problem-solving.
