Junior Sales and Marketing Associate

Garden State AGNC is a growing sales and marketing firm that works with major retail brands to expand their reach and connect directly with customers. We focus on in-store promotions, customer engagement, and sales growth — all while building future leaders in the marketing industry.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to represent our clients face to face and inside local retail stores. No experience? No problem! We provide full training to help you learn product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or anyone looking to start a career in sales, marketing, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in retail locations to promote and sell products
• Learn and apply marketing and sales strategies
• Set up and maintain branded displays and promotional materials
• Provide excellent face to face customer service and answer product questions
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — full training provided
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but not required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
