- *ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role is for a visionary strategist and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital marketing at its fullest, and can take an already successful digital team to new heights that impact revenue. Reporting to the VP, Marketing and Sales, you will collaborate to ensure KPIs are consistently met and programs are built for the long-term success of the company.
- *RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and execute scalable lead generation programs that create more revenue growth and sales pipeline for our sales team
- Work with marketing team to deep dive into lead generation strategies/tactics and determine areas of opportunity
- Implement data-driven marketing strategies to attract, convert, and nurture high-intent leads at every stage of the funnel
- Provide strategic direction for how to remove customer pain points across the entire journey that lead into successful multi-variate testing for improved lead generation
- Work in collaboration with other members of the marketing team on integrated campaigns
- Improve lead generation performance using industry best practices
- Audit existing campaigns, ad groups, assets and tactics and provide a detailed recommendation for how to improve ROI
- Identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations on optimizations for better ROI
- *REQUIREMENTS**
- 10+ years of lead generation experience within the B2C space Strong expertise in all digital channels including conversion rate optimization Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics (Including GTM), SEO, DataStudio Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly develop recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative evidence.
- Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results with a team-oriented approach; must be self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
- A self-starter who proactively identifies challenges/opportunities and works across teams to deliver solutions that inspire
- A proven track record of building scalable lead generation programs that drive revenue growth.
