Senior Meta Ads Operator – E-commerce (ROAS & Profit Focus)
Context (read carefully)
We are replacing an underperforming Meta Ads manager.
The account is currently losing money. This is not a learning setup.
We operate a Shopify-based ecommerce business across multiple European markets.
Our focus is profit, ROAS and cashflow – not vanity metrics.
This role is for a hands-on senior operator, not a strategist on the sidelines.
Your Core Responsibility
Your single responsibility is to
Stop losses → stabilize ROAS → scale profitably.
Nothing else matters.
Scope of Work (Non-negotiable)
You will be responsible for
Full Meta Ads account management (Facebook & Instagram)
Daily optimization (minimum 1–2 times per day)
Creative testing framework (hooks, angles, fatigue control)
Budget control and scaling only when profitable
Clear stop-rules for underperforming ads/ad sets
Weekly performance summary (ROAS, spend, profit focus)
Performance Requirements (Hard Criteria)
You must
Have documented ecommerce cases with ROAS 3.0+
Have managed €50k–€300k+ monthly spend
Be comfortable cutting ads aggressively to protect capital
Work inside the account daily
Think in profit & cashflow, not just CPA
If you cannot show real numbers, this is not a fit.
