Our products are featured across major online retail platforms, including Walmart, eBay, Kmart, and Sears.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated E-Commerce Administrator to manage marketplace listings, oversee product performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Walmart, eBay, Kmart, Sears).

Monitor daily sales, inventory levels, and order fulfillment accuracy.

Update pricing, imagery, and product content to meet platform requirements.

Ensure listing compliance with platform policies and supplement industry labeling standards.

Track and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with customer service, operations, and marketing teams as needed.

Create and maintain reports on sales performance, stock updates, and promotional outcomes.

Resolve listing or order issues directly with platform support teams promptly.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing e-commerce sales on multi-marketplace platforms (Walmart, eBay, Kmart, Sears preferred).

Strong understanding of supplement or wellness product categories.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to operate independently and manage priorities effectively.

Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for tracking and reporting.

Comfortable with CRM, order management, and product information systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SEO optimization for product listings.

Familiarity with supplement labeling, claims, and compliance standards.

Experience handling returns, reviews, and customer questions within platform channels.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
