Job Description

We're looking to hire a Performance Manager to act as an extension and fully own the day-to-day execution of ad creative and performance workflows for our e-commerce brand.

This role is not about pressing the "publish" button or running accounts blindly.

Instead, you'll manage and coordinate the people and systems that create our ads — then deliver polished, high-quality ad concepts to me for final review and posting.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Acting as the central point of contact between

Video editors

Copywriters

VAs

AI creatives / AI seniors

Translating strategy and direction into clear creative briefs

Reviewing all ad assets (video, hooks, captions, angles, UGC concepts)

Ensuring ads are

On-brand

Performance-focused

Clear, punchy, and conversion-driven

Approving finalized ads before sending them to me

Sending me only ready-to-post creatives with

Rationale

Angle / hook breakdown

Any relevant notes or testing ideas

Continuously improving creative output based on performance feedback

How This Role Works

You manage execution

I manage final decisions and posting

Nothing reaches me unless you've approved it first

You filter noise, tighten quality, and raise the bar

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in e-commerce performance marketing

Meta / TikTok ad creative experience is a must

Strong understanding of

Hooks

Angles

Creative testing

Direct-response advertising

Ability to communicate clearly with creatives

High attention to detail and quality control

Organized, proactive, and decisive

Comfortable working with AI-assisted creative workflows

Experience managing remote teams or contractors is a big plus

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Experience in DTC brands

Experience in fitness, recovery, or consumer products

Understanding of UGC-style ads and performance storytelling
