Our client, a leader in the health science industry, is seeking a Digital Product Specialist to join their team. As a Digital Product Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Marketing and Product Development teams supporting digital consumer experiences and strategic digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent project management skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead the end-to-end digital product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning through execution and launch, ensuring alignment with brand goals and user needs.
  • Manage website updates including site copy, content changes, promotional code implementation, and issue triage for customer-facing experiences, ensuring quality and timely resolution.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across IT, Marketing Experience, Brand teams, and external agencies to develop and deliver new digital services that enhance consumer engagement.
  • Provide consistent and accurate reporting for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, delivering insights to inform strategic decisions and performance improvements.
  • Oversee the BazaarVoice platform strategy, implementation, and optimization to support consumer feedback and engagement initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a strong asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management, user experience, or related roles with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills to engage cross-functional teams across IT, marketing, brand, and external partners.
