**Responsibilities**: - Continually optimize campaigns for better performance by analyzing metrics and making adjustments - Report on overall project progress to ensure deliverables are being effectively prioritized, completed with accuracy, and meeting business expectations - Communicate closely with the Marketing Production Manager when delivering materials across multiple departments to ensure deadlines are being met - Craft exceptional copy, content, and brand messaging that resonates, while maintaining consistency of voice, tone, and writing standards - Become knowledgeable of our products, categories, and value adds to promote and educate products, meal plans and programs effectively - Support additional Epicure brand, marketing, and communications initiatives as required **What you have**: - A Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Creative Writing, or a related field - Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns - Strong editorial judgement and exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented and proficient in tracking and reporting on project progress - Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software - Ability to thrive while under pressure and managing multiple coinciding projects - Experience in eComm, direct sales or food/CPG industries is considered an asset **What we have**: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Annual professional and personal wellness funds - Product discounts - Opportunity to join a team at the helm of expanding the company’s brand and mission—we are Canada’s largest direct sales company and are growing fast in the US - A team of talented and passionate marketing and creative professionals **Who we are**: We all deserve to eat good food every day—despite the daily crunch for time and inspiration.
