Product Marketing Manager

We are a growing software company delivering innovative digital solutions to our clients. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and develop our marketing activity and help drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of our overall marketing strategy, working closely with senior management and collaborating day-to-day with our Social Media Marketer to ensure a consistent and effective marketing presence across all channels.

This is an office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri (office based)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the company’s marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Work closely with the Social Media Marketer to plan content, campaigns and brand messaging
Monitor and analyse marketing performance, reporting on KPIs and ROI
Manage brand positioning, tone of voice and visual identity
Coordinate website content, email marketing and lead generation activities
Support product launches, promotions and sales initiatives
Manage marketing budgets and external suppliers where required

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role
Background in software, technology or B2B marketing preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy and analytics
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach
