Elecosoft UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to streamline our marketing activities across the UK, Ireland, and International Channel markets.

In this role, you will

  • Coordinate and execute events and meetings for various product lines, collaborating with internal teams to align themes and messages.
  • Manage marketing data within our MS Dynamics CRM and liaise with support teams to maintain data accuracy and relevance for campaigns.
  • Act as the key contact for publishers, handling third-party e-blasts, webinars, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Supervise final approvals for customer stories across all product lines.
  • Oversee copy to ensure compliance with current branding and writing guidelines, including those sent through third-party partners.

Role purpose

As a Marketing Executive at Elecosoft UK Ltd, you will play a critical role in organising and delivering marketing activities that support our products and brand presence in the UK, Ireland, and international markets. This hands-on role involves coordinating events, managing CRM data, proofing content, and assisting with various marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational, communication, and digital marketing skills, who is detail-oriented and ready to help drive brand engagement through seamless and impactful marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

Events Coordination

  • Organise and deliver all UK events and meetings for our products, ensuring alignment on themes and messaging with other departments.
  • Oversee logistics, on-site coordination, and vendor relationships for successful event execution.

Content Proofing and Management

  • Proofread and approve emails, both internal and those sent through third-party partners, ensuring they follow current branding and writing guidelines.
  • Act as the final sign-off for customer stories across all product lines, maintaining a cohesive brand voice and messaging.

CRM and Data Management

  • Maintain and manage marketing-related data, including customers and prospects, within the MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Liaise with support teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of data used for marketing activities.
  • Third-Party Communication and Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers and partners overseeing third-party e-blasts, maintaining quality and brand alignment.

Project Management and Collaboration

  • Assist with project management across various marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines are met and coordinating effectively with stakeholders.

Email Marketing

  • Develop, coordinate, and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring they adhere to quality and brand guidelines while effectively targeting relevant customer segments.

Knowledge, Skills/Abilities and Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing coordination or marketing support role, with a focus on events, CRM management, and email marketing (E)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment (E)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in proofing and content review (E)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and digital marketing tools (E)
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and digital marketing tactics (E)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage external relationships (E)

Ability to work autonomously and remain highly organised in managing tasks and timelines (E)

Qualifications

  • Educated to Degree level in marketing or equivalent CIM qualification or equivalent experience. (E)

Working hours and location

  • The normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week. From time to time, you may be required to work additional hours to fully perform your job in accordance with the needs of the business.
  • The main working location is Haddenham, and the role may involve travel to other company offices, client’s offices, and other locations as necessary in line with the needs of the business.
