As the Ecommerce Manager – Retail, you will drive revenue growth by managing OTC and Rx products with retail ecommerce partners. You will be a crucial link between Elanco and our valued retail partners, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the retail landscape, anticipate customer needs, and ensure their satisfaction, ultimately driving revenue growth for Elanco.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer accounts.
• Drive profitable growth for Elanco, focusing on our entire portfolio of OTC and Rx items.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure we are driving sales and executing strategy for our valued ecommerce customers.
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration among internal teams to achieve common internal goals and address customer needs promptly and efficiently.

Key Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

This role supports Allivet, PetMeds, Petcare Rx, Healthy Pets, Valley Vet, and Revival. With 20% travel, this position can be performed remotely, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
