We work at the intersection of business, product, design, and engineering, with delivery teams based in India and client-facing leadership in the US.

As we expand our US presence, we’re looking for a high-ownership business development professional and are especially interested in talking to women leaders who enjoys solution selling, understands technology at a practical level, and can represent our brand confidently in the US market.

The Role

This is a pure sales / business development role focused on generating and closing new business for custom digital products and technology services.

You will

  • Own new client acquisition in the US market
  • Engage CXOs, product leaders, and founders
  • Translate business problems into technology & product solutions
  • Work closely with India-based delivery, product, and leadership teams
  • Represent doodleblue in meetings, events, and client conversations

What You'll be doing

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (mid-market & growth-stage companies)
  • Lead discovery calls and solution discussions
  • Build proposals with support from internal teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation to closure
  • Build long-term client relationships, not transactional deals

What we are looking for

  • 5–10 years experience in technology / digital / SaaS / services sales
  • Strong understanding of software products, platforms, or custom development
  • Comfortable selling solutions, not boxed products
  • Ability to collaborate with offshore delivery teams
  • Clear communication, strong presence, and client maturity
  • Self-driven, independent, and comfortable with ownership
  • Experience selling digital transformation, product engineering, SaaS, or IT services is a strong plus.

Compensation

  • USD 60,000 – 100,000 (Base + Variable)
