At Directive Consulting, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key client-facing role, you'll oversee and lead Paid Media accounts, serve as direct support to client contacts, and drive referrals via client relationships and professional networks. You'll build strategies for clients each quarter, create and maintain budgets for paid media campaigns, and understand client positioning and unique value propositions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, with expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. They'll be proficient in using advertising platforms and tools, strong in PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization. Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
