Website & SEO Specialist
Full-Time | On-site
We are seeking a skilled Website & SEO Specialist to manage, maintain, and continuously improve our company website and digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and technically minded—able to design engaging web content while ensuring strong SEO performance, fast load times, and a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Maintenance
- Oversee the daily operation of the company website, including updates, fixes, and ongoing improvements.
- Maintain product pages, pricing, descriptions, SEO tags, documentation, and images.
- Ensure all content is accurate, up to date, and consistent with brand standards.
- Monitor website speed, performance, mobile optimization, and user experience.
Website Redesign & Development Support
- Lead and support full-site redesigns, layout updates, navigation improvements, and new feature builds.
- Collaborate with developers or agencies on coding, technical enhancements, or major site updates.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and layout concepts for new web pages and marketing campaigns.
Graphic Content Creation
- Produce website graphics including banners, product visuals, landing page creatives, and promotional artwork.
- Maintain visual consistency using company brand guidelines (fonts, colors, layout styles).
- Optimize images and assets for fast load times and high-quality display.
SEO Management
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices sitewide.
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, alt text, headers, and on-page copy.
- Track search engine rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for SEO growth, new content, and improved visibility.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Set up conversion tracking for product clicks, sales, form submissions, and campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on traffic, user behavior, conversions, and SEO performance.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content Updates & Marketing Support
- Build landing pages for promotions, product launches, sales events, and campaigns.
- Support marketing teams with digital assets, product page updates, and website content for ads and emails.
- Upload and manage product manuals, PDFs, images, and downloadable materials.
Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting
- Test website forms, checkout processes, mobile responsiveness, and page load times.
- Identify and resolve broken links, layout issues, plugin conflicts, or integration errors.
- Monitor site uptime and functionality.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, product teams, and sales leadership.
- Coordinate with outside developers, hosting providers, and e-commerce partners.
- Maintain an organized workflow for content updates and approvals.
Optional Responsibilities (If Applicable)
- Manage website hosting, backups, and security updates.
- Write or edit light web copy or product descriptions.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions.
Qualifications
- Three to five years’ experience managing websites, e-commerce platforms, or CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and search optimization tools.
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
- Ability to troubleshoot website functionality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
