IT & E-commerce Specialist

**About Us**

Cultural and creative product import & export company in Richmond is seeking an experienced IT / E-Commerce Specialist.

We are a group company based in Richmond with five retail locations in Metro Vancouver.

*Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain our e-commerce website, ensuring product listings, pricing, and content are up to date.
Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and sales.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve online sales strategies and campaigns.
Oversee online customer service, including resolving website-related inquiries.
Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Ensure data security and regularly update system backups.
Analyze website analytics and sales data to provide actionable insights for growth.
Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, E-commerce, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in e-commerce management and IT support.
Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress).
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
