PPC & Social Media Marketing Specialist (Part Time)

We are looking for a Paid Marketing & Social Media Specialist to support upcoming projects, including a new PPC and digital marketing initiative for our client, DBRM. The role also includes supporting the restructuring and compliance of our internal advertising accounts and company portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max.
- Manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly media plans, budgets, and performance forecasts.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance indicators.
- Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixels.
- Manage and publish social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X/Twitter.
- Align paid and organic strategies to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Work closely with design and content teams for ad creatives and social media assets.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, account health, and best practices.
- Support the cleanup, restructuring, and compliance of internal advertising accounts.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Strong command of Google Ads (certifications preferred but not required).
- Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads (certifications preferred but not required).
- Practical understanding of analytics, tracking, and attribution models.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, platforms, and accounts efficiently.
- Strong analytical, optimization, and reporting skills.
- Experience with B2B or lead-generation campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.
