eCommerce DTC Marketing Manager

Join a global leader in medical technology as an eCommerce DTC Marketing Manager full-time in Covington, GA. This role is ONSITE 4 days a week; In-Office, Covington, Georgia

This is an exciting role for an eCommerce DTC Marketing Manager for a newly covered product out of their home care division.

Responsibilities Of The ECommerce DTC Marketing Manager

• Overseeing the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the direct-to-consumer digital experience
• Building, managing, and optimizing an end-to-end e-commerce website, including buy flows and customer journeys
• Leveraging expertise in e-commerce initiatives, site merchandising, user experience strategy, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization
• Managing and optimizing various CRM and CMS tools and platforms
• Developing and implementing winning digital commerce strategies, customer buy flows, and creative strategies
• Analyzing and reporting on e-commerce initiatives and KPIs
• Aligning business requirements with program and project requirements and execution
• Modifying, pivot, and updating strategies and tactics based on business needs
• Managing cross-functional campaigns while managing multiple projects concurrently

Requirements Of The Commerce DTC Marketing Manager

• 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce websites and working in a performance-driven e-commerce environment while managing the end-to-end customer journey and KPIs required
• Proven track record of delivering high-performing user experiences and effectively managing a variety of CRM and CMS tools and platforms
• Salesforce or similar content management and marketing suite experience preferred
• Expertise in digital commerce, customer buy flows, A/B testing, and winning creative strategies
• Ability to understand business needs and align business requirements with program and project requirements and execution required
• Experience in the Healthcare space is PLUS
