About you and the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Marketing team, supporting both day to day execution of marketing campaigns and contributing to long term commercial strategy. This role blends commercial curiosity, creativity, digital skills and a proactive approach to generating interest in our brand and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
This is an early-career role with significant scope to grow and make an impact. You will play a key role in delivering our growth campaigns delivering value across client projects. Developing your skills across both marketing and commercial activities that sit at the heart of our business success. Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering growth and client campaigns
- Operating LinkedIn profiles for our senior team, managing messages, building relationships, and progressing conversations into meaningful engagement
- Owning the delivery of email marketing campaigns that drive demand and engagement across our sales funnel
- Creating social media and marketing assets that communicate our story, brand, and proposition
- Supporting the production and publication of thought leadership content, working to maximise reach and engagement
- Using data and analytics to re-target connections and stimulate sales-focused conversations
- Maintaining CRM records accurately and proactively keeping opportunities warm
- Being accountable for hitting both individual and business KPIs and preparing reports for the wider team
Supporting medium-term growth initiatives
- Generating creative ideas for campaigns and driving the detail behind their execution
- Developing content and engaging our community across social media platforms
- Testing and exploring new channels to connect with our global audiences
- Periodically contributing to website management and ongoing development, while regularly reviewing analytics to inform business-level decisions
Contributing to longer-term growth strategy
- Participating in team discussions that shape the longer-term vision for growth and campaign strategy
- Contributing ideas that evolve how we communicate our value proposition and go-to-market approach
Previous experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or project management role
- Comfortable operating across multiple platforms and systems (CRM, email, social, etc.)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, Forms)
- Educated to degree level
Skills & Competencies
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (building and launching email campaigns, workflows, lists, landing pages, and reports)
- Confident managing top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel activity, nurturing leads, and supporting progression through the sales funnel
- Skilled in LinkedIn outreach and profile management, messaging, community engagement, and relationship building
- Ability to create engaging content and supporting assets (e.g. for social, campaigns, and email)
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable reviewing performance data and providing insight-driven recommendations
- Proactive in tracking KPIs, producing performance reports, and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey our brand clearly and confidently
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Curious, commercially minded, and motivated to contribute to business growth
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and take initiative

Our Recruitment Process
- Introductory Call – Microsoft Teams call to discuss the role and mutual fit
- Values Assessment – using our Complete Values assessment, with a report shared to all candidates
- In-Person Interview – one-hour interview in our Romsey office including a live exercise and team introduction
- Final Interview – conversation with our Senior Practitioners to confirm alignment
