I sell private jets for a living, and I'm growing an online presence (relatively successfully). But doing marketing, social media, and editing is a full time job. I have to focus on selling aircraft and playing golf (yes, actually). I'll get straight to the point. I need a jack-of-all-trades marketing guy with a super high level proficiency with a camera.

Do not apply if

• You don't know how to work a camera (stills and video)
• You aren't good (and fast) at editing
• You aren't good with graphics in post

• You can't learn new skills on the fly - like google ads, meta ads, chatGPT, loveable.dev
• You don't like to travel
• You don't live in DFW
• You don't want to fly on private jets
• You don't communicate well. Over communicate, in fact.

You are an investment, I win when you win.

• Ask my business partners and employees at my other companies; I am fun to work with.
• I am slow to hire and quick to fire. I am very loyal, but I won't drag out something that isn't working.
• I am eager to give raises based on merit and initiative, not seniority or entitlement
• You can earn more with bonuses
• You have to opportunity to make a % of revenue for monetized content (this is where you can really make serious dough).

I won't stop you from moonlighting for other projects as long as it doesn't interfere with our work. I will never cap your pay. You will never say "I had a ceiling," or "the growth opportunities weren't there," at my company. We grow together. We are going to grow a YouTube channel to 100K subscribers in the next 12-18 months. I have the highest paid niche on the platform, so the earning potential (you will share in), will be high.
