Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cambridge, IA, for a Marketing Operations Assistant. The role involves supporting the marketing team with operational tasks, ensuring efficient execution of marketing strategies. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with sales teams, analyzing marketing performance data, and assisting in the creation and implementation of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Operations and a strong understanding of marketing workflows and systems
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to support organizational operations and processes
• Knowledge of Sales processes and ability to liaise between marketing and sales teams effectively
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus
