About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate Intern to join our growth marketing team. This is a hands-on, paid internship perfect for students or early-career professionals eager to learn digital marketing inside a fast-moving fintech startup.

You'll get real-world experience across social media, content marketing, SEO, affiliate partnerships, email campaigns, and marketing analytics. You’ll work directly with our leadership team and have opportunities to grow into a long-term role.

What You’ll Do

• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns (Meta, SEO, Google, TikTok, email, etc.)
• Manage and grow social media accounts (scheduling, content curation, engagement)
• Help create content for:
• * SEO blogs
• Newsletters
• Social posts
• Assist in managing affiliate partner relationships
• Track campaign performance and generate reports
• Brainstorm and test creative growth ideas with the team
• Provide light project management support

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in growth marketing and fintech
• Experience managing social media accounts (personal, campus orgs, or brand accounts)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup

Bonus Points For

• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Customer.io, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Familiarity with analytics or performance dashboards
• Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish
