Digital Marketing Senior Manager

Job Summary of Digital Marketing Senior Manager

Burlington Stores is seeking to lead digital marketing initiatives, including ad tech integrations, campaign management, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. This role drives performance in paid media channels, optimizes campaigns for Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), and works closely with internal teams and external agencies to enhance Burlington’s regional media strategies. The position includes team leadership, technology implementation, and strategic planning to ensure measurable business results.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Senior Manager:

  • Lead paid media initiatives, technology implementations, and attribution methodologies to drive campaign effectiveness.
  • Create, implement, and optimize audience building strategies and digital campaigns from start to finish.
  • Manage and optimize the AdTech stack, including tracking, measurement, and attribution solutions to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Oversee a team, providing guidance on project execution, deadlines, and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Production, CRM, Social, Finance, and Marketing teams, as well as external agencies.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance outcomes.
  • Develop KPIs, performance metrics, and reports to monitor campaign success and business impact.

Qualifications and Experience of Digital Marketing Senior Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering measurable business results through paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with AdTech tools, including Identity solutions, DMPs, and measurement/attribution platforms.
  • Experience managing teams, projects, and cross-functional initiatives to achieve business goals.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, localized targeting, and digital campaign optimization.
  • Prior retail or agency experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, billing, and performance management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, collaborative, and flexible in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital advertising platforms.
