Description
Blair Cato Pickren Casterline, a leading South Carolina real estate law firm, is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to support the firm’s growth, brand visibility, and business development efforts. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is highly skilled in digital strategy, content creation, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven marketing tools.
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Partner with firm management to develop and implement strategic marketing goals
- Lead all firm-wide marketing initiatives, including branding, advertising campaigns, events, sponsorships, and communications
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content that highlights the firm’s attorneys, services, culture, and community involvement
- Plan and manage paid social and digital advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Content Creation & Branding
- Create original content including graphics, videos, short-form reels, written posts, and thought leadership materials
- Produce and edit video content for social media, website use, presentations, and advertising campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
- Assist with website content updates and coordination with outside vendors, including WordPress site management
AI & Marketing Technology
- Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, analytics, and campaign optimization
- Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and trends relevant to professional services and real estate law
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline marketing workflows using technology
Sales & Business Development Support
- Partner with the sales and business development team to develop clear, consistent messaging
- Create and update print materials, digital collateral, presentations, and graphics to support sales initiatives
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client communications
Events & Firm Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate firm-hosted events for clients and community or professional organizations
- Assist with planning and executing internal and external events, including client events, sponsorships, conferences, and community involvement
- Coordinate event marketing materials, invitations, follow-up communications, and social media promotion
- Support firm-wide initiatives that enhance culture, employee engagement, and brand visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of marketing or communications experience; professional services experience preferred
- Strong experience with social media strategy, video production, and digital advertising
- Working knowledge of AI tools used in marketing and content creation
- Proficiency with graphic design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing platforms)
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Working knowledge of WordPress for internal and external website updates
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
