Purpose of the Role
Under the supervision of the E-Commerce Manager, the incumbent will support the e-commerce team by contributing to daily tasks essential to the smooth operation and visibility of the website.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all daily activities and various e-commerce-related projects;
- Draft and update briefing documents;
- Follow up within the project management system;
- Perform testing and quality control, identifying resulting issues;
- Be responsible for website update communications;
- Support product uploads and catalog maintenance;
- Assist with product enrichment, image uploads, and color sample management;
- Provide support for product scheduling requests on the website;
- Help create and program promotions;
- Contribute to optimizing the user experience on the website;
- Assist in creating reports to measure e-commerce performance;
- Support the organization and execution of various projects;
- Anticipate team needs and offer proactive support;
- Regularly perform effective competitive benchmarking;
- Ensure clear communication and cooperation with various departments and teams;
- Perform any other related tasks.

- *Requirements**:
- Post-secondary studies in marketing, business, management, or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce role (an asset);
- Experience in retail and/or fashion (an asset);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Bilingual, both written and spoken (French and English).
