Role Overview
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the execution of digital marketing activity, including social media management, CRM/email campaigns, website content updates, and production of day-to-day creative assets.
This role is central to audience engagement, customer communication, and digital performance. The position includes creative responsibilities, with the ability to update and adapt existing templates, while outsourcing major creative projects where needed.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media content across all relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, stories, and short-form content using brand templates.
- Manage community interactions and respond to audience messages/comments.
- Track social performance and implement content optimisations.
CRM & Email Marketing
- Own CRM activity including segmentation, email journeys, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Ensure customer communications support engagement and conversion goals.
- Monitor and improve CRM performance using analytics and insights.
Website Management
- Execute website updates using CMS tools.
- Ensure content is accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
- Flag technical issues to external support partners when necessary.
Creative Production
- Produce day-to-day marketing assets using templates (social graphics, email banners, event visuals).
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Brief external designers for higher-level creative projects.
Digital Analytics & Reporting
- Produce regular reporting on digital performance across social, CRM, and web channels.
- Use insights to improve channel performance and inform campaign planning.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Support events and partnership initiatives through digital content and promotion.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on campaign execution.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or CRM roles within a luxury/high-end brand.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills using templates (e.g., Canva or Adobe tools).
- Experience with CRM//email tools
- Experience updating websites via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong understanding of analytics and digital performance metrics.
Desirable
- Ability to create simple motion graphics or video edits.
- Knowledge of SEO or paid social advertising.
- Experience supporting events.
