Job Overview – Communications and Marketing Analyst: Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000/year base ($110,000 All-In) Location: Stamford, CT Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Our client is hiring a Communications and Marketing Analyst in Stamford, CT (Hybrid) to support media relations, content creation, and digital marketing across the firm’s investment platform. This role involves shaping messaging, executing campaigns, and tracking content performance. Ideal candidates have experience in communications, journalism, or marketing, preferably in financial services, with a creative, detail-oriented approach. Responsibilities as the Communications and Marketing Analyst: Media & Public Relations: Coordinate press interviews, prepare spokespeople, and identify media opportunities. Content Development: Draft and edit marketing materials, tailoring thought leadership for media and investor audiences. Campaign Execution: Support digital and print campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand messaging. Collaboration & Strategy: Work cross-functionally to align messaging and identify promotional opportunities. Analytics & Awards: Track engagement metrics and manage global award submissions to highlight firm performance. Qualifications for the Communications and Marketing Analyst: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field is required. Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, public relations, journalism, or corporate communications, preferably within financial services. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with additional experience in marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, or design software preferred. Skills & Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and a detail-oriented, organized approach to handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
