**E-Commerce Administrator - Saskatoon**

  • *What we are looking for**:

Aquifer Distribution Ltd. Is looking to add an E-Commerce Administrator to our growing team This role is responsible for ensuring that our website is performing as expected by conducting regular testing and ensuring that customers are getting the desired experience. This position will look after product data completeness, accuracy, user-experience, and website improvement. The E-commerce Administrator must understand the impact of this position to other departments and systems that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of this platform. Strong competencies with technology, computer skills, problem solving, and attention to detail are essential for this position. Experience in web development, PIM software, and Google Analytics are an asset.

  • *What you can expect from the job**:
  • Run E-Commerce monthly/weekly reports to track sales, traffic, and other key metrics.
  • Extract product data from Eclipse system for use in Product Information Management (PIM) and reporting purposes.
  • Regularly review Google Analytics data and develop reports to analyze website performance.
  • Compare website data with ERP system to ensure product accuracy, eliminate duplicates, and maintain data integrity.
  • Enhance search results on the website by configuring search settings and adding synonyms.
  • Work with team to enter new products and update existing product information in the PIM system.
  • Administer new accounts on the website, ensuring proper access and permissions.
  • Identify and debug website issues and report technical issues to Website Developer or IT support.
  • Conduct functional testing of website features and functionalities to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Assist in the development of new taxonomy and potential migration to another PIM provider.
  • Maintain and update product images and data on the website to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website content and layout for improved user engagement.
  • Explore personalization options for different customer segments to enhance user experience.
  • Analyze heatmaps, customer survey results, and user behavior to identify areas for website improvements.
  • Review website inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals for resolution.
  • Explore the possibility of implementing IP tracking for lead generation purposes.
  • Ensure the sales team members are knowledgeable in using the website.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime work will be required.

  • *What is required**:

The required qualifications for a showroom consultant are as follows:

  • Minimum grade 12 graduate
