Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented NAM Brand Marketer to support our marketing initiatives across on and off course golf marketing accounts, brand communications, and other marketing in the US and Canada. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in brand marketing, with a strong interest in building relationships at the grassroots level, supporting communications, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

On and Off Course Golf Account Marketing

  • Support the development and execution of instore, digital and experiential marketing programs for on and off course golf marketing accounts, ensuring alignment with brand priorities.
  • Design and Execute Shop in Shop builds at key accounts.
  • Assist in building relationships with account stakeholders and gathering feedback from the field.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, product seeding, and promotional assets for partners.
  • Track program performance and support reporting with sales and marketing data.

Brand Communications

  • Support the NAM Brand Manager by adapting and distributing global brand assets for the NAM Market.
  • Assist with localization of messaging, creative, and campaign materials to ensure cultural and market relevance.

Marketing Support

  • Develop specific POS, fixtures, and launch displays to fit the needs for retail.
  • Manage 3PL logistics to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and product samples.
  • Handle PO management and budget tracking for marketing programs.
  • Support ad hoc requests, including partner asks, additional product seeding, content sharing, relationship building, merchandising support and NAM Events.
  • Maintain organized documentation of marketing programs, calendars, and reporting dashboards.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Solid understanding of account relationships and business transactions.
  • Understanding of brand management and how all facets of the marketing mix can affect consumer motivation, product needs and retail experience.
  • Ability to identify in-market opportunities and develop an execution plan.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly developed attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks.
  • Passion for golf, with strong knowledge of golf soft goods, hard goods and general sports preferred.
  • Experience in social and/or brand marketing that included digital responsibilities and/or ecom.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  • Travel to accounts is required: estimated at 25%

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or account support (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Suite; experience with project management or marketing tools is a plus.
  • Passion for brand marketing and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on both company and personal performance. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount .4388 hours per day that increases with years of service, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year and Service Time Off during milestone years.
  • The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $74,000 - $95,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
  • At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Carlsbad, California.
