Restaurant Group Marketing Manager
Location: Cowlitz County, WA (Hybrid)
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Flexible, event-driven (evenings/weekends as needed)
About the Role
We are a locally owned, multi-concept restaurant group operating four distinct brands in Cowlitz County. We are seeking a Restaurant Group Marketing Manager to own and execute day-to-day marketing across our restaurants, with a primary focus on Maddalena’s Italian Café, our fastest-growing concept.
This is a hands-on role. You will be on-site capturing content, promoting events, managing social channels, and helping bring each brand to life. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating, executing, and seeing their work directly impact guest traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Ownership
- Own social media presence across all restaurant brands (Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms)
- Create original photo and video content in-house (reels, stories, posts)
- Maintain unique brand voices and content calendars for each concept
- Promote events, specials, and limited-time offers
Marketing Execution & Support
- Assist with copywriting for menus, social posts, email, and SMS campaigns
- Assist with Google Ads and paid social execution
- Support loyalty programs, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Oversee in-store signage and promotional materials
Event & Community Marketing
- Plan and execute event promotions end-to-end
- Coordinate with restaurant leadership on timing and execution
- Be present on-site for key events to capture content and support promotion
Collaboration
- Work closely with ownership and GMs to align marketing with business goals
- Coordinate across multiple locations and concepts
- Travel between locations as needed

- Consistent, high-quality posting across all brands
- Clear content calendars in place
- Noticeable improvement in visual quality and brand clarity
- Maddalena’s clearly elevated in presence and engagement
6–12 Months
- Strong engagement growth and brand recognition
- Events and promotions driving measurable traffic
- Marketing systems that feel organized, predictable, and effective
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of marketing, content, or brand experience
- Strong content creation skills (photo/video for social)
- Experience managing multiple brands or locations
- Comfortable working on-site in active restaurant environments
- Organized, self-directed, and execution-focused
- Restaurant, hospitality, or local retail experience strongly preferred
- Adobe Creative Suite experience required
Work Environment
- Hybrid role (~60% on-site / 40% off-site)
- Flexible, event-driven schedule
- Nights and weekends required for events and promotions
- Travel between local locations required
