We're seeking an individual who can harmoniously blend compelling brand storytelling with data-driven performance insights. Your work will be crucial in shaping impactful short-form content across various paid channels. This role is essential within a rapidly evolving global team, and you'll play a key role in defining how creative strategies and performance initiatives converge to produce outstanding paid social campaigns.

  • An expert who can transform performance insights into actionable creative directives, including crafting hooks, writing scripts, storyboarding concepts, and iterating ideas to produce effective ad creatives aimed at customer acquisition.
  • A creative strategist with proven experience in D2C/Ecommerce — this is essential. Experience or a personal passion for health and wellness brands is highly favorable.
  • A collaborative team player who can effectively work across marketing, content, design, and performance teams to build a cohesive strategy for paid advertising.
  • A dynamic digital creative who enjoys fast-paced work and is eager to collaborate with various teams to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • An initiative-driven professional who thrives in a growth-oriented, remote-friendly setting, while being available for occasional ad-hoc shoots or events in London.

Your Key Strengths

  • Developing striking visual concepts that resonate on paid social platforms, including creative concepting, scripting, storyboarding, and overall campaign ideation.
  • Creating attention-grabbing ads with emotional appeals and effective calls to action.
  • Grasping performance metrics, particularly on platforms like Meta and TikTok, and utilizing data to enhance creative outputs.
  • Translating insights into clear-cut creative recommendations, advising teams and stakeholders, and adhering to best practices in paid ad creative.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with growth marketing, designers, copywriters, and content teams.
  • Navigating fast-paced, digital-first environments with confidence and clarity.
